Although the Best Buy product listing reads "Save up to $1,140.00 when you trade in a similar device [archive.ph]" (screenshot [archive.org]), there is currently no trade-in value that high. When I collected the data from all 2816 eligible trade-in SKUs, the highest trade-in value was $950.00.

Google was giving more trade in value for the pixels. $400 for the pixel 6 pro and $300 for the pixel 5. Snagged a pixel 8 and watches for the gf and i, totally worth it.

You should have a locked device for you to get that trade in value for the respective phone you own!!

Somehow for Apple phones, it does not show the trade in price for unlocked ones

Right now as a Fi member it's $400 off a Pro and $300 the regular. The trade in for my S22ultra is only $250 though. BB is offering $455. I don't care for the watch, but if I sold the watch for $200 which was the going consensus, it's still more from BB with the hassle of needing to sell it. Or just $448.54 after tax and trade in from Google vs $467.54 at BB hoping for a $200 sale of the watch. This is for the 256gb version I should clarify. Marketplace going rate for a used S22 ultra seems to be around $500. I'd be happy with $400 or less, but again that whole selling it aspect.
