Although the Best Buy product listing reads "Save up to $1,140.00 when you trade in a similar device [archive.ph]" (screenshot [archive.org]), there is currently no trade-in value that high. When I collected the data from all 2816 eligible trade-in SKUs, the highest trade-in value was $950.00.

Meh, not paying $330+tax on $1,000 to go from iPhone 13 regular to P8P. The watch could maybe recoup $250 of that 400-ish.

I think on swappa I'd get almost the same for a used i13 as a sealed P8P though.

Best buy is better. You can choose store pickup and do the trade on the spot instead of mail in. Also bb refunds the tax difference

Google will honor the warranty the same

What happens if I don't like the phone and return it? $45 restocking fee, but what about the trade-in value will I get it back in full including the bonus?
