Although the Best Buy product listing reads "Save up to $1,140.00 when you trade in a similar device [archive.ph]" (screenshot [archive.org]), there is currently no trade-in value that high. When I collected the data from all 2816 eligible trade-in SKUs, the highest trade-in value was $950.00.

Ordered a 256bgb pixel pro with in-store pickup. Traded in iPhone 13 mini that got as a gift for $620 overall. Went back home and checked receipt, product total came out to be $759 with trade in price of $320. Total was $475. I think they messed up and charged me for a regular pixel 8 and also didn't give me the extra $300 promotion for trade in. Talked to best buy chat and they said the extra $300 will be refunded and reflect in next months billing.

My total overall with iPhone 13 mini trade in should be $175.22

You should get the expected refund with the promo bonus. The in-store receipt they give you doesn't have it.
