What percentage of Teslas have build issues? From the comments in this thread, it sounds like 100%?
- Door handles stuck
- The axle literally snapped in the parking lot of the service center (no accident, didn't hit anything)
- strange whining sounds
- one time the screen behind the steering wheel just refused to work
Shit is built with bubble gum and duct tape, terrible road noise and cheap interior for the price. The acceleration, car software and free, unlimited Supercharging on that VIN were the only positives. Only purchased it because I was driving a ton for work and the supercharger was 2 minutes from my house.
After that poor experience and Musk's crazy antics, I think I'll go with Rivian, Ford, Fisker or GM for my next EV.

So, I have been reading these very informative threads and have a question!
Who makes a higher quality all electric car/SUV/midsize than Tesla that qualifies for federal incentives? Did see some KIA stuff ( and Hyundai Ioniq 6) online but those may not qualify for the Federal incentives.

These things come new with steering wheels that fall off, brake pads not installed, etc.
