Even if I don't use this card at all i can offset the $395 annual fee with spending $300 of travel credit and 10,000 bonus points that i can redeem for $100 travel right?

Have been waiting for the offer to come back to apply. It has been 3 months. Any thoughts on referrals offer coming back soon? Otherwise I might have to go with current offer.
