Doesn't hold up well. I've had one for 1.5 years, and the detergent dispenser leaks like crazy. You are also not supposed to lift or move it by the wand handle (which would be the logical place). Instead, there's a handle midway down the back that's always slick with carpet soap.

I'm just waiting for it to die so I can get something better.

I have had mine for almost 3 years and I love it! I had purchased a home and had used a rental carpet cleaner on everything but still felt a little gross about it so when I saw this pop up on slick deals I jumped. I am so glad I did because even though I had went over everything with the rental unit the water still came out absolutely filthy when I went over everything again with this. I also took it to my best friends new construction home and the water came out full of construction sediment she couldn't believe it! I have also used the upholstery attachment on my couches and it worked great! I also really like to use this for pet accidents, it sure beats scrubbing carpet!

I'll say I've had a similar model for several years and it has worked ok. This year it started using soap all of the time even when I had the dial in rinse mode and not wash. I suspect the knob's seal wore out and there is no replacement for it.

Vacuum wars on YT stated that the Bissell Pet Pro Plus seems to do the best job around the $200 price point.

This stuff won't work properly better rent big green carpet cleaner from Lowe's and get it done if you are looking for a great looking clean rugs and carpets at home.

No rinse mode makes it a no go imo. Just residue up your carpet leading to premature wear and issues.

No thanks. Still plenty of options that do have rinse lol. You act like they don't sell them and this is the only option. I have had this and believe me it is sub par due to the no rinse option.
