Let's not get things twisted here, the retail price of these headphones is $99.99. This is only a deal if you'll use the dell GC before it expires.

Also, you don't get to use the $50 GC on the product you're buying. OPs post should show $58 w the Amex promo not $8.

Sales tax is included as part of Amex $50 off $100 deals?

I am looking for an item for $30 or $35 to make up $100. Dell wants more for a 2.5" 500GB hd than Amazon. HD is just to hold my OS.

does anyone order or email even mention the $50 gift card? there was a link to the black headset that came with the $50 gift card but they took that listing down about an hr ago and my email and order history page doesn't mention it either. I remember last year same time with amex offer I didn't receive the $50 gift card for the mx 3s mouse.

Does anyone have an idea when a buyer should get notification of the Dell Gift card, as well as the time frame when the buyer will receive the gift card? I assume both should come by email? I did get a notification within 24 hours of my order via email from Amex that they saw that I placed a Dell order and will be evaluating whether it meets their criteria and if so I will see a credit reflected in my statement (I assume they mean my next statement.). On the other hand......Dell did not give me any notification about the gift card, unless I missed something. I would have like to see the gift card show up in my cart....or in my invoice....but did not see that.

And darn.......I ordered the white headphones, only because the black did not mention the $50 gift card. Now it seems perhaps the White is no longer available, but they now have the $50 GC listed for the Black Pulse PS5 headset

I had the same issues a few months back when they offered $120 off the $599 or above purchase. I reached out to Amex and was told since I used PP they would not honor the promotion so I ended up returning my order. I still haven't received a notification from Amex however, Dell has confirmed my order so I am going to wait until the charge changes from pending to purchase before I reach out to Amex.

I was thinking of doing the same...but I figured that cancelling the white ones, and then reordering the black would most certainly confuse the issue and make it less likely that the Amex portion of this deal would go through (since I expect you can only use that offer once).

I think Dell is on to the Amex $50 offer mixing with the $50 dell gift card

-I placed my order on Oct 9th for Sony PS5 Wireless Headset, Came to $107 with taxes.
-Immediately got an email from Amex saying 'Good news, your Amex offer was redeemed'.
-Order was to ship today Oct 11th with delivery Oct 13th.

-Now got email from Dell saying Order is delayed and will ship Oct 29th with delivery Oct 31st
-I called Amex and they said $50 will be credited to account 4-6 weeks after transaction goes from pending to posted.

I have a strong feeling I will not get the $50 Amex offer and will probably cancel my order tomorrow.
