Let's not get things twisted here, the retail price of these headphones is $99.99. This is only a deal if you'll use the dell GC before it expires.

Also, you don't get to use the $50 GC on the product you're buying. OPs post should show $58 w the Amex promo not $8.

For those that used this offer, I am shocked. Ordered the Pulse White on three different cards on Oct. 9, received them yesterday, and today Dell has already sent me the $50 promo gift cards. Never have I received them that fast. My guess is they want me to spend them, and then they'll pull my CB again. LOL. Anyway, keep a lookout for your promo cards.

I also ordered on 10/9, but still says expected ship date 10/13 and expected delivery 10/17. I do have some concern that if it does not ship by 10/18, my Amex $50 credit may not come through. I did get an email from Amex on 10/9 saying that they were aware of my order and are evaluating to make sure it qualifies. Does that fact that the order is "pending" on my credit card make a difference, or does it truly need to be a completed/posted or shipped order by 10/18? Obviously, I have not gotten my Dell gift card yet either.

I am on the same page didn't get any email from dell saying there is going to be a delay or something....and I do not see the pending transaction in my Amex account anymore ....

Placed my order 10/9. My order was then delayed with a new shipping date 10/29. I now see that my pending charge from Dell on my Amex Delta SkyMiles Gold card has gone away completely. Does not show up as pending or posted! Very disappointing. Canceled my Dell order.

If you just wait for the order to ship even if amex doesn't credit you right away it takes one chat or phone call to get it since you ordered before 18th

I now received the email about the delay and mine is delayed until 10-31. Not worth the hassle to get both promos for me, so I cancelled. I did also call Dell to see if I could change to a black pair of headphones rather than white....and they said that a supervisor would call me back, and none ever did.

It wasn't out of stock at the time I called 6 days ago. The supervisor said that he would call me back the next day within a time window, and then never called back. Their poor outsourced customer service, in combination with poorly estimated ship dates online, make me never thrilled to buy from Dell direct. Not worth jumping through all the hoops in hopes that their promos will pan out.
