I have a similar Amazon one, and the holes get clogged so easily from the rough water out here (AZ). Not sure if I'd invest in another without some sort of filter.

"High Pressure" = your normal supply water pressure.
Nothing more, nothing less.

I got this when it was posted a few months ago. The showerhead on the hose is great, but I find that the large rain showerhead does not have very good pressure. It could just be the result of having a lot of holes, but somehow it still feels like less pressure than I expect. Does anybody have the same experience?

Watch this video and see if your showerhead has a similar restriction built in.

Please watch this informative video so you can re-educate yourself on water flow versus water pressure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQKpu-obzlU

Water flow is constant from the city assuming same pressure and no change in pipe size. But showerheads can have built in flow restrictions.

Water pressure inside your house can change depending on pipe size ETC. Hold your thumb over the end of a running hose to play with this principle.

Thanks, but actually this model comes with the flow restrictors "optional" in a baggie.

She doesn't look like a little person and yet based on the pictures, she can't be more than 30" tall.

I have the one with the handheld, been using for 6 months without issues. I did not install the aeroflow restrictor. I'm getting a second set for the guest bathroom. thanks

I can;t handle typical low flow shower heads. Luckily, most shower heads have removable flow restrictors that you can take out to increase overall water flow. One of the few benefits of living in Michigan is that we have cheap and plentiful fresh water from our ocean sized great lakes. My average bill is about $35/mo. I don't feel guilty at all about taking a nice high flow shower. There are pros and cons of living anywhere I suppose.

Confirming that we purchased and installed, the restrictor comes separate from the shower head.
Pressure from the handheld is even more powerful than our old handheld.
When using the rain shower head our pressure is good and soaking, similar to medium-intensity rain.
The knob to switch between handheld and rain shower is easy enough to use - the knob is located at the top of the shower so kids won't be able to reach and change.
No issues with leaking as others have shared. We love our unit, especially for the price point.

I am a little confused here. On the Walmart site, it states that the "
12" Ophanie 5-Setting High Pressure Rain Shower Head w/ Hand Shower & 70" Hose" is sold by Ophanie."

But on this Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XD3R73G , it says it is sold by Veken which is the same as the $10 versions on Walmart. The Amazon link is labeled: "Veken 12 Inch Rain Shower Head with 5 Settings High Pressure Handheld Spray, Adjustable Extension Arm, Chrome Dual Shower Head Combo with 70" Hose."

So my question is, are they the same product but just a different seller on Walmart or is the Walmart version really made by a company named Ophanie. They seem to be the same to me. If they're the same, I was going to purchase it on Amazon for easier shipping / returns.

Edit: The video on both Walmart (Ophanie) and Amazon (Veken) are literally the same and says "Veken" in the beginning of the video. So I guess they're both made by Veken and the same?

I have been using this exact one for about a month and absolutely love it. At this price I would highly recommend.

It's you that needs to 're-educate' yourself on what I said (which I stand by), as I'm very educated already in all the variables that can affect water pressure. I was talking about ONLY water pressure, as the product claims "high pressure". We're not talking about changing flow rate or pressure drops from length/diameter or restriction or frictional changes in the piping.

If you have a supply pressure of 45 PSI (for example) into your home, there is NO showerhead alone that will increase that pressure. A pressure gauge will read 45 psi at your meter's feed into your home and you can take a pressure gauge and install in into the body of the shower head and it will read 45 psi (if the shower is off/not flowing) and there will be NO higher pressure into that showerhead. If the shower is on it will have 45 psi or lower, but not one iota higher, just by installing that shower head alone.
could increase force (velocity) by restriction so it penetrates long thick hair better..

could restrict less than last shower head ..
