Like new usually means just a new return. Another nice thing about Amazon warehouse is you can return as "not as described" and get a return label no questions asked. No matter how expensive, 3 thousand dollar camera lens, whatever if its at all not perfect. Not subject to normal item return issues. In the case of what you are saying I would simply scroll down to, reason for returning, "turds all over item"
