    That's misinformation. Starting in 2027, CA is banning containing Red Dye No. 3, Titanium Dioxide, Potassium Bromate, Brominated Vegetable Oil, or Propyl Paraben. Red Dye No. 3 is already banned in the EU. https://www.npr.org/2023/10/10/12...aben-candy

    Check the ingredients on the candy and you'll see Red 40 which is considered both safe in CA and EU.

    If you don't like certain people or certain states, that's cool and your right but at least use facts.

    And yes, these Nerds are amazing and I bought 3 as well.

    no, confectioner's glaze is not ex-insects.
    Also known as "shellac", it is a resin secreted by insects. A processed tree sap.

    And if that disgusts you... do you know what "honey" is? It is "derived from bugs" too
