I been searching for cheaper toner for this and couldn't find anything, just not worth the headache, rather wait for a Brother deal.

Good printer, supplies are the costly component no matter what company. Have the LBP622 has been in service for over 5 years no hiccups. Hopefully this is the same here.

Not sure if I should bite on this one. The last deal on an ImageClass did not have duplex which held me back. The comments on the clunky interface are holding me back on this one. (and cost of supplies)

Aaargh. (This happens to me, too.) So, how do you like the printer?

I'm currently using an old HP LasertJet Pro printer I bought from a SD FP deal several years ago. This Canon is very clearly nicer, but my HP works perfectly well so I'm loath to replace it.

Same here... I have the Samsung Xpress SL-C480FW from Newegg since November 2016. It still works fine. The Canon looks nicer but the Samsung has more capabilities (basic scan, fax, and copy) I bought the Samsung for $175 with a free toner, a free sandwich maker(sold on eBay), and a free PC game due to an Amex offer thanks to SD. I suspect I may keep it until it breaks...

I bought this Canon as a replacement for my 12-year old $65 HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw printer (a prior slickdeal whose fuser finally started to fail). Though the new printer was certainly not as slick a deal, the (admittedly much larger) replacement basically dropped right in and gave me duplex printing as a value-add. Dead-simple to set up, though I have yet to really set the printer up to work across my network for all of my devices.

I'm tempted, though the last Canon laser printer I had wouldn't print dark enough. Ended up giving it away and getting a B/W Brother one instead.

There are no cheap toner for this, the toner cost more than the printer.

The replacement toner is like double the toner that comes with it, There are supposedly sources for refilled toner cartridges, if I can find them I'm pulling the trigger on one.

Be warned that although significantly shorter, the horizontal dimensions aren't small for the Canon printer in this deal.

Whereas the multi-function Canon MF731 printer you mention is listed at 18.5"D x 17.8"W x 18.1"H, this Canon LBP632Cdw manages to come in at 16.5"D x 17"W x 11.3"H.
