Once I sign in it's showing me $4.78, otherwise it's $11.98 - ?

Was able to order a 2nd one (no $6 cash back) at $4.78 just now so not sure what's going on.
Maybe lower price is for WM+ only?

Probably as others suggested that it is regional. If you have stores nearby with inventory you can get the deal. You get a cheaper price than I do.

Mine isn't even shipping from local store & won't be here till weekend so they're shipping Fed Ex from somewhere else which likely costs more than the item.
From previous experience their shipping rarely makes sense.
