I paid a lot more than this a long time ago. I got it for my Meta Quest 2 along with a custom connector so it would attach to it. Much more comfortable than the strap that came with the Quest. Doesn't have to only be used for the vive. I bought the KIWI deluxe audio adapter kit to make it work.

Dang, I paid $100+tax for this when Quest 2 first came out (Oct 2020) when VR gear was still sold out almost everywhere because lockdowns... and it took me like a month or two to find them for that price in stock, because of the shortages these audio straps were being flipped for $150-$200 and I refuse to pay more than MSRP for luxury items. We have thousands of hours on the Q2 with this audio strap installed, it is WAY better than what came stock on the Q2. I had to get another one of these so that I averaged only paying $63 a piece for these, and will be installing these on the Quest 3 that will be here on Thursday (hopefully I can find an adapter kit by then).

The best head strap for the quest 2. I tried every single other one and they all hurt my fat head. This one I can wear for hours without a problem plus the speakers are actually really good for their size. I paid $100 for mine and it's worth it. At $25, I'm buying backups.

I did this too. Hoping Kiwi makes one for the Q3 as well.

I paid like $40+tax for it as well as another $10 for the adapter. F me!

The damn headphones on this thing keep popping out annoying the crap out of me. I have not figured out a way to lock it in place.

I put locktite on the little screws that hold them in place, haven't had that problem since. The screw back out over time as the speaker things swivel back and forth, at least that was the issue with mine.

That's a pretty good idea. I will give it a whirl. Thanks!

Can't believe this price! Wow. When the original Oculus Quest came out this was the go-to setup and it was impossible to get! Like $150 for this on ebay! The good old Frankenquest days. Snagged this and hope to be able to ise it on the Q3. Thank you for the post!

I have a 3d printer and actually printed a set of headphone "locks" with an added rubber band they keeps them against my ears.
