Remember that T-Mobile told us over and over that our plans were locked in place. I'd be careful about taking the $25 from them. You might be agreeing to different contract terms.
Got a call back and the rep said they were wrong and opted me out.
I would like to know this as well. I am on magenta max does this affect me? Also can the Opt Out be done online?

The free lines better stay free.

If you do indeed have issues with att, I suggest you go into a store and have your phone settings and SIM card updated.
What phone are you using BTW?
I was using an S23 Ultra, and now a Pixel 7 pro, both Firstnet certified. I was using an esim on the S23 and physical sim on the Pixel. I just got back from the Carolinas and it was even worse back there vs southern California.

T-Mobile plans affected:
The 60 days opt out window only applies to newer plans with Price Lock. If your plan doesn't have price lock it isn't clear how long you've to opt out right now.
