Damn, talk about a muckery of how a biz can ruin their name as it took Mike Sievert a while to build and with this migration non-sense, it left a bad taste among lots of consumers, including me!

From a long time T-Mobile customer who has dealt with them.. never trust that the reps don't lie or know what they are talking about. Better to be safe and opt out and then confirm it at least once.
Glad to see that they scrapped the migration. What in the world to make them think that migrating to a more expensive plan is good for the consumers. I hope someone will get fired over this.

" Thank you for reaching out to us today and as if you have received any notification for that please ignore that and no need to worry. The great news is that T-Mobile has dropped the Plan migration part and now no Customer will be migrated to new plan as we value our Customers and we got the feedback from them and we have dropped that idea. so Rest assured there will be no increase in your Plan charges and no changes will be made on the account without your consent."
