Re SE Zach Myers, that's a bit of a shame haha. I get it, personal preference above all. I like roasted maple necks a lot, but I've never felt strongly against satin/gloss finishes so long as they're still comfortable overall.
My favorite PRS that I own currently is a PRS S2 Singlecut McCarty 594.

Aside from those, the Emily Wolfe Signature looks nice too.

I have a Starfire I w/ vibrato bridge, ES-339, another Starfire (Jet 90), Harmony Comet, Squier CV Starcaster, and a D'Angelico Boardwalk p90. Out of those, gotta say I really enjoy the hotter p90s over the double coil humbuckers in semi hollows
