I bought a refurb from Brother on a similar deal, though it was a more basic model. It was a dud, something was broken, and it never worked right. I reached out to Brother and they sent a replacement and told me to keep the first one. Wasn't worth shipping back because they are so big and heavy.

Had a similar brother AIO color laser and at some point I just couldn't get a "clean" print. Replace toner and drums, cleaned, etc. Finally gave up.

Ordering is broken on the brother website. It will fail with a payment error. I chatted with their support and they said it's a known issue they're working on.
