I own this, it is a GREAT bag! I am in sales and beat the hell out of it, still looks new after a year and a half.

Almost tempted to buy another for backup. LOL

if you are looking for a solid and comfortable laptop bag, check out samsonite xenon 3. I had been in the market and tried many brands. Xenon 3 is by far the most comfortable.

Not really, no. That's basically timbuk2 retail, which I personally would never pay since I live near an outlet

This is the price before tax. The amount that you are paying is more than $100 after the tax so the offer should work. For me in CA the total is $104.25 if I use the offer it should work.

I second this. I had a small rip in the mesh straps and the Samsonite store swapped it out on the spot without even the receipt! Huge fan of Samsonite.

It's really up to Dell - as long as they charge you soon. My experience with Amex is that they will honor it once the charge is pending and you'll even get an email to tell you so.

Chase on the other hand sucks with their policy and let me cancel my CSP and CSR over $20. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
