Be aware that Nothing will not honor their warranty on earbuds that are bought on Amazon, even if they're proven to be bought brand new. I have to imagine the same thing goes for their phones. I don't even know the legality of that since other companies warranty brand new purchases on Amazon. You can Google about the Nothing buds not being warrantied. I got confirmation straight from Nothing customer support this week in an email when I point blank asked them. I can't support a company that pulls that kind of thing. If they're so worried about third party sellers, isn't that what serial numbers are for?
Design is subjective, personally I love the look of the phone 3 and 3a/pro. However, this phone lacks the bands to function correctly on Verizon, so I can't buy it without switching carriers since I'm on Visible.
It really feels like an obvious miss for Nothing to not support one of the 3 major carriers in the US if they ever hope to actually get a footing here.

Things like wifi calling, 5G whitelisted, etc... Nothing beats those guys.
