DO NOT choose pickup from Best Buy or the Samsung store if you want to keep the 100 day trial period. I found this out the hard way. If you do any sort of pickup instead of delivery you have the normal 15 day return policy.

I have the 990b in my basement and it is really an incredible soundbar.

Have an Arc upstairs (no sub/rears - wife approved) and it is also a killer bar.

For this price - it's an absolute no-brainer to go with the 990c over the Arc. A similar specced Sonos setup crosses 2k easily.

Notified two days ago pkg shipped. Received today. Easy Setup, replaced Q910b. Noticeable difference in rear speaker sound quality, woofer is a bit beefier. Speech is good so far but was good before. More testing to come. Did have to connect rears by doing pwr off main, 5sec press of one rear speaker, 5sec press up on remote, got link ID notification on main it was linked.

Set it up and wifi was working as well as Qsymphony. It stopped working all of a sudden a couple of days ago and won't reconnect to wifi at all. Thinking of returning. Using it with an EERO 6E. Bluetooth to the TV works but who wants that? Also I could run an HDMI earc cable to the TV but I want Wifi to work!

Does power cycling the soundbar fix the wifi issue? I have mine hooked up to a smart outlet for that reason. Not sure if it's the bar or my router settings but haven't figured it out yet.

No it doesn't. I figured out the issue that the soundbar is connecting to 2.4 GHz frequency on the Eero and the TV is on 5 Ghz. There's no way to steer the connection manually on Eero to have them on the same frequency. Removing and re-adding the soundbar doesn't get it to switch frequencies either so this is frustrating. I'm thinking of buying a new router mesh system just because of this.
