I didn't have to go through the hassle of setting up a SteamDB account, connecting my Steam account, and logging in. It just downloaded in my open Steam client.
Probably will never play it but it took like 5 seconds since steam client was already open.

My worry, which nobody has addressed, is if we are bypassing something on Steam using a "glitch", how do we know Steam won't shut down our account and take away all of our purchased games forever for violating their terms of service?
Both Amazon and Microsoft have done similar things to people in the past. I remember reading that Microsoft banned many people, took away their purchased games, and blocked their X360 consoles over them getting free/discounted games in other regions. Amazon shut down someone's account over a false complaint by a delivery person that he said something offensive. This person's account wasn't reinstated until he presented Ring doorbell proof that he was innocent. Nowadays in this cancel culture, people are guilty unless proven innocent instead of innocent until proven guilty.
Are we confident Steam doesn't wield a heavy ban hammer like others sometimes do if we use a "glitch" to get a game? If we're not sure, it doesn't seem worth the risk, or perhaps create a Steam account that you use just for getting glitch stuff or grey market keys.
It's for this very reason any time anyone posts a Microsoft freebie deal that is from a foreign marketplace I ignore it out of fear. This is a strategy used by many organizations to make "examples" out of a few select people by nailing them to the wall to scare everyone else from doing the same thing in the future.
It's not unthinkable considering years ago Microsoft banned some X360 users for clicking a Buy button in a foreign Xbox marketplace. I think people also used the back button to get multiple $1 Xbox Live Gold subscriptions and they went after some of those people too. At least that's my memory of reading that discussion.
However, knowing SD and rampant historical ignorance, I don't expect anyone here will think twice about using a "glitch" or a workaround which pretty much any company's TOS would likely allow permanent banning. The question is does Steam ban people over such small things? I don't know. Microsoft used to. Do they still do it now? I don't know. I thought it was worth mentioning, but will likely fall on deaf ears on SD.
