The recent deal for $999 new is probably a better deal, and Adorama will probably offer it again soon. But, I needed an AVR and decided to bite.
It should be essentially brand new with all accessories and a full warranty, so I'm comfortable with the purchase.
Man, I wish shipping was free, though.

I have no problem waiting for next year when Denon adds the option for Dirac Live Bass Control AND some decent discount for a packaged deal!
Until then XT32 is very capable and really liking the new directional sub integration!
