LOL, that sounds like a far-fetched excuse to me. I seriously doubt these will get fulfilled but if they do will be pleasantly surprised I suppose.

You would think they would have sent emails out explaining the situation and that you're order is "on hold" if that were really the case though. That's why I'm so doubtful...

You didn't ask if they would honor the price that you paid once the guitar comes back in stock again?

I ordered the PRS Hollowbody II SE on Oct 15th as a Pre-order. Order status has been showing "Processing", so I gave them a call today. Bounced between Customer Service and a sales rep. CS told me my options were to cancel or wait. Rep told me that it was backordered and they had no idea when it might come in. He said he would reach out to PRS and inquire and call me back. So now I wait.

Meanwhile I'm eyeing the PRS SE Zach Myers at Sweetwater, which gets rave reviews for $679, as opposed to the Hollowbody at Sam Ash, which was a screaming deal with coupon for $625.

Got a call from a sales agent asking to redo the transaction since the previous one expired. Sales guy emailed me a tracking number and looks like I should receive it Friday. So looks like at least in my case they honored the DGT pricing.

Same here! I had them PayPal invoice me so I could hopefully get the 5% cb via Chase too.

Got a shipping notice this morning, so my Hollowbody II is on the way. Stoked!
