Up until very recently, MSRP was $99.99, but even Lego has been running this at 69.99 for a few weeks and some retailers don't quote $69 as a sale price for some reason. But yes, it's down generally, likely due to a surplus of this set. Many felt it was too expensive for 'an arch' but it does make a nice representation of the ministry if you combine two.
