I'll say, I picked up the larger Ozaek cooler on sale and I found that the roto mold doesn't keep it necessarily colder than your average igloo cooler. If you're looking for something that is robust and keeps bears out, this is great cooler. For me I prefer a lighter cooler that performs 90% of what this will. Just sharing my experience.
I have this one... it's pretty good and (on sale) about half the price of what you're sticking with. Fakespot is a joke which is why it's rarely brought up anymore.
Anyone with experience using this on a SUP (stand-up paddle board)?
I've got the older version (no drain plug), but can't imagine this being that much different. Overall notes on usage:
These are very heavy empty. I'm not sure the application with SUP but might want to strap it down.
The 26qt isn't bad size, but fairly small for a open/close and party cooler. Might be able to get about 18 12oz cans with ice.
I mostly use it for camping to hold food cold for long periods of time
Technically you need to condition these to get cold time rating that I've always skipped, but I've had some ice left on day 3 (essentially getting it's initial temp state cold before you put stuff in it, by putting ice in it before and letting it get cold). Competes will with name brands 5x the cost
I recommend everyone have one of these if they have the space because it has it's usages. If you need more space for drinks for a party and no need to keep ice for > 1 day, get a cheaper & larger cooler.

I'm a pretty big SUP'er in the summers. I have the slightly older version of this cooler. The guy who replied before me is correct. It's very heavy. You can definitely get by with bringing it on your SUP, but I would advise you look into soft coolers. Normally when I go out I try to pack for a day trip for 2 of us in one cooler. Beers, snacks, maybe a meal, and some water. I think you'd have a really tough time fitting much stuff in this cooler, unless you are just looking to bring drinks. The outside of the cooler is pretty decent sized, but the inside dimensions aren't that great. The insulation takes up a pretty substantial amount of space in there.
I have an Ozark soft cooler and an Ozark backpack cooler and those are my go to coolers when I'm pulling out the SUP's.
I use this cooler a lot for loading up drinks and taking it into the backyard if having a fire or whatever and it works very well. It makes a pretty good seat too.
Just my $0.02. Hope it helps. You can always buy and return especially at this price.
Reviews get an F on Fakespot, so be warned. That said, the price is pretty insane.
I purchased a 20qt Amazon Commercial rotomolded cooler for $76+tax on clearance earlier today (down from $132) and I'm going to stick with that.

In for 1. Would like a larger one on wheels but can wait for a Costco or another deal on that. These are good to just keep in the car in case you need it.
Have the older version too, it super awkward to carry with that handle. And it gets pretty heavy when full. Not recommended for camping where you have to walk far, unless you have a wagon or similar
Posted this day before yesterday when all of the Ozark trail coolers were on sale. Picked up the 52 qt. I already own all of the others from prior deals. For the price it's unbeatable.
Link to post with links to other ones on sale as well, but all but this one are no longer on sale:
We bought this cooler when it was on sale over the summer. Not overly big but it is perfect for our family for an all day lacrosse tournament. We load it with drinks and ice and put sandwiches on top of those. Things stay cold all day but with the constant opening and closing of the lid, the ice melts.
It is heavy when filled. We put it on our wagon along with everything else when heading to the fields.
I've had this for about a year and a half now and love it.
Perfect size for a good amount of drinks and food for a day or two trip.
I keep this in my car daily now just to keep drinks cold and to put my groceries in. Ice stays good for about 4-5 days.
As for the reviews about the drain leaking, I haven't had that issue ever. I can see it having issues for others if they over tighten it. The rubber seal that is connected to it seems like it would have issues if over tightened.

Would recommend with how cheap it is right now.
Also, anyone who bought this cooler from the recent FP deal can possibly get a $5 adjustment (if you saved your receipt).

My favorite use is resting a pork shoulder/Boston butt after smoking. I place in this cooler and it holds it above 130f for 6 hrs. Perfect.
