Could this collection of posts have been one post instead?
Perhaps "Free 2.0Ah battery with select Ryobi Tools"

edit: to clarify for those without a "ryobi" notification set up, there were 6 different posts all within a short amount of time.

Meh deal.
If you don't need it now, you will probably find these tools on better deals at random times.

Probably, but I didn't find them all at the same time! Home Depot didn't organize them all together, so I found them rather randomly. Peace

Does anyone know if the batteries ring up separately? Want to return the batteries to lower the overall cost

Nope. Ring up together as a single bundle, not 2 separate items.

So? Not a snark but genuinely, why does it matter for the most uses cases these are used for? I have about 18-20 of the "not brushless" tools and they all work great. Have 1 brushless impact driver, and honestly, it's a "meh" compared to the other one. So, I truly don't understand the difference. Could always google, but want to know from the folks it seems to matter to.

No need to be defensive. It's an FYI—a note for those who may overlook the fact that after some use, one will need to disassemble to replace the brush. If you're a use "twice a month/year" then I'm sure you'll be fine.

As I said "FYI", I'm not disparaging the product, so relax.

I'm not the other guy, but that would be after a LOT of use. But I agree that your comment was helpful in nature.

Useful tool, but seriously underpowered. I wish they'd come out with a beefier HP version.

I highly doubt that any DIYer is going to use this sander enough to wear out the brushes and if you are a professional using this several hours a day, day in-day out, you already know that you should be buying the Makita.

Brushless is typically a little more efficient and would theoretically get you slightly more runtime per battery, but worrying about wearing out brushes is silly (unless, maybe, you're a professional).
