I did it with just one card and one spend target in 2021/2022. I applied in End of 2021 and met the spend target in Apr 2022 and had CP until Dec 2023, I'm wondering if that CP with only one card offer will come up again?
Those do come around but it's normally for less points and only one year. If you were able to do that you should be able to do this too, it's just opening two cards instead of 1.
Agreed. Normally it's like 30k or something which is ridiculously low. After a business and personal most of the time you can get around 160k miles when the personal SUB is higher. The personal SUB has dropped to 50k was higher at 75k at the end of 2023

I called SW they said I have to call Chase? That doesn't seems to be right. Can I do it online?

Unfortunately I'm just now learning at some point over the last few weeks, SW changed the personal card promos from 50k bonus points to 30k, which significantly hurts my ability to reach the 135k bonus point target for companion pass.
(FWIW I'm aware this current promo for the personal card includes companion pass thru 2/28/25 but I of course would prefer to go the 135k route & have the pass valid thru end of EOY 2025 instead)
Curious if anyone has advice here. This current 30k promo expires in 32 days. Any chance SW reverts back to the 50k signup bonus at that time...? In which case I should just wait for that.

It's a solid deal, but it is different than the original promo that this thread was created for. The original promo required 135k bonus points which would give you companion pass remainder of the year + the entire following year. Unfortunately, at the moment, the original promo seems to be expired (see my latest note above for some additional context).

If so, that companion pass is different than what this thread was originally talking about, which is an "earned" companion pass that requires acquiring 135,000 rapid reward points in a single calendar year.
