Sounds like Gift Card should work, physical purchase in store I'm guessing

Valid at participating locations in the US. Not valid on purchases shipped outside the US. Excludes fuel/gas station/car washes, corporate gift card and group gifting, Home Depot Foundation, Home Depot Pro, Home Depot Supply and contractor's warehouse.

I've had AE offers for Lowes, BB and "supermarkets" and always buy physical GC, never had an issue with getting the offer.

Is there a limits on these offers on an Amex card? Say there are so many offers I have not/do not plan to add to the card, do I have to add them to make room for new ones?

Yes. you will only be shown 100 offers at a time. Just add all of them to your card there are browser extensions for it. dont wait to add because they only let a limited amount of people add the offer before its gone.

Decent stuff like Best Buy, Nintendo, and Disney. But I usually get the BP/Amoco cards since those are never discounted, and I can always use gas!
