FYI, it looks like this does stacks with PayPal Chase Freedom bonus. I purchased something a few days ago using Freedom tied to PayPal and see Bloomingdale's 20% offer as being redeemed in addition to category bonus.

Has anyone tried buying multiple gift cards and spending them on a single transaction in store? I saw there's a limit of 5 GC per transaction, don't know if it's strictly enforced.

I ended up getting it for 210 after everything. They marked up the prices now. I purchased the dyson supersonic origin which was $299 two weeks ago.

The Bloomingdales site has some interesting additional savings and incentives.. from 10/31 to 11/6, take 20% off every $250 spend.. there is also a 15% discount off first purchase with email sign up.. free shipping, free returns thru 12/20.. and they do have some items on sale..

I think you could always buy an item - get the 20% or 15% from Chase and 6% from cb site - and return the product to Bloomingdale's and ask for store credit - this technically should work

I got in on that offer but, my purchase did not triggered the Chase Offer 20% CB after the purchased transaction was fully charged. I called Chase to ask about the issue I faced and they said I have to report back after two billing cycles for them to escalate the issue with the merchant which is Bloomingdale's. FYI, I paid using PayPal and purchased the items directly from Bloomingdale's website.
