    I just had a fire in my house caused by Hover-1 Pioneer. And the engineer that picked it up said he was on a first name basis with the lady from Hover in the product liability department until she left. I'm dealing with the worst insurance company (State Farm) trying to get everything taken care of. So make sure you have a good insurance company if you purchase one!

    One wheel went. Another tiny screw broke off inside so no steering. Third sparks shot out of hole.
    All almost timed to end of warranty.
    Junk. And manufacturer couldn't care less.

    Bought this last year. Battery/charger crapped out on me after 10 months. Didnt even use it much. Id avoid the company since they were no help at all!

    The range is no where near that good. For such a heavy scooter, the range is incredibly bad. Probably only 4 miles real range for me.

    I paid 400 for this at best buy 3 years ago. Worked well until its time to change tires. Biggest pain in the ass. 60 bucks for a set of tires on amazon and 50 bucks to have a motorcycle shop install them.

    ohhh... damn. I feel you. I had a house fire cause by a badly designed battery charger. So I went through the same thing. The insurance company hired a engineer to point out teh badly design circuit and how it would over heat. I do beleive they paid off the insurance copmany.

    If you want pointers or some thing please feel free to DM. One thing that I can recommend is to take photograph of your house and contents before anyone comes in and moves it. Also, create a list of what burned while it's fresh in memory. It's also a good idea to get CC records and other receipts now so that you can prove a purchase when they come to you.

    I'd halve that range in actual practice. My wife, whom is lighter, gets more than I do, but neither of us have ever gotten close to 12 miles.

    I bought one last time at this price. If you are looking for a heavy commuter, you may be underwhelmed, but for me this purchase has been fantastic. I am a big dude at 275 and this thing does actually go over 15 mph with me on it. The speaker isn't the loudest, but if you are just cruising around a quiet suburb it does the trick. First one I got was DoA, but it wasn't even the correct model(someone else's scam return), but Amazon swapped out for a new one. I can get about 6 or 7 miles on it as a big dude at top speed. This is great for zipping down to the gas station or the mailbox or watching your drunk uncle hurt himself. I know the reviews are negative, but for the price it's a hell of a lot of fun. And the built in headlight and underbody kit makes night cruising a blast.

    31% of the reviews are one star reviews... I think you'd be better off buying an ebike like Engwe if anything. Would be 2-3x but would be easier to work on than a scooter
