Mine does. Here's a photo of the underside of the AC adapter. 100-240V 50/60Hz. I love it.
Bought directly from Belkin in November 2021 (for the same price, $59.99). I doubt they've changed this aspect of the product.
I never have any difficulties removing the phone. The "trick" is to not pull the phone away perpendicular from the magnet(s). Instead, pull it at an angle. Not sure if that makes sense. I hold the phone and "rotate" it away from the stand. I don't mean side to side rotation, facing the phone. I mean rotating the phone so that the top of the phone comes towards you while the bottom goes away. So, rotation in that direction.
Basically don't pull it straight off of the charger, instead try to "break" the magnetic hold by sort of "peeling" the phone off. I hope this makes sense, sh!t. It's hard to describe.
I find that the motion that pulls the top towards me and pushes the bottom away works best. Because at the same time you're removing the phone, you're using the remaining magnetic attraction to also push the base DOWN, further reducing the chances that it moves at all. I can sketch a quick diagram if what I'm saying doesn't make sense or isn't clear.
EDIT: Ohhhh.............. I just re-read what you said, and it seems like you're referring to the 3-position charger not the 2-In-1, my mistake. I'll leave the reply anyway in case someone else finds it helpful. Sorry about that. Now that I think about it... with the 3-In-1, I suppose you could use one finger to press it down while you use the other fingers on the same hand to slide the phone off of the magnetic base...
Edit, 15W, not bad.

What varies is whether you have an always on display. The 14 and 15 Pro do and therefore standby will stay lit up (unless you configure it not to)
Never mind, the description says the bottom part is for AirPods.
I get it if you don't have that available to you but these seem way marked up for what they are.

This isn't MagSafe certified. It's MagSafe compatible (i.e. magnetic + wireless charging but doesn't give the full 15w charging, only the standard 7.5w). Yeah I know, apple makes it a pain with their proprietary standards
