It's a very good workout shirt for $11. I own three of them, very breathable and have washed multiple times without issue. I think people are disappointed it's not spandexy like their compression shirts but it's still very flexible fabric for dynamic workouts.

Yes, a lot of Under Armour stuff is exceptionally low quality now. This has been increasingly the case over the past 5-7 years. Look at their golf polos. Look at their t-shirts. This shirt is a perfect example.

Quality is fine. It's like any other 100% polyester shirt. Medium thickness.

If you want more stretch, get elastane/spandex blend shirts. But those will stick to your skin more when they're wet and will inevitably start to pill after a wash or two. Lululemon is notorious for their pilling properties because of the elastane/spandex and they're known to be "high quality".
