1 month and counting until the new season starts...

Any ideas on how this seasons going to go? The only previews/clips I've seen is Jack wondering around what looks like Arizona, and he answers his cellphone "How did you get this number?" I have no idea what's going to happen... and that's what i love Evil

Not only did she get screwed, but she also screwed around herself, like w/ that reporter dude. Maybe that fling will produce a bastard in Season 8. Embarrassment

Yeah, if it wasn't for Aaron's "pro-activism", none of Olivia's illegal tactics would've been known, at least not in Season 7.

I know what you mean, but one thing that became known (thanks to the Fallon interview and not so much the show) is that Day 8 will occur relatively soon after Day 7. And it will take place in NY. Cool

When the series is finally over, whenever that is (too bad Fallon didn't ask Sutherland about that), I'm hopeful that most of this stuff will be wrapped up by then.

I stopped watching mid-this season. If it didn't jump the shark with season 6's terrible plot, it certainly did with season 7's "Tony's not really dead and he's a quadruple agent."

I think "24" jumped the shark in Season 1, when everyone was able to get from any part of LA to another part of LA within 5-10 min., regardless of the time of day. I don't watch the show analytically (well, at least I try not to), but for the entertainment factor. And I still find enjoyment and entertainment from "24". Smilie

I was going to suggest Hulu [hulu.com], but they only seem to have Episodes 19-24. Now that the DVD is out, you can rent it. Or you can try to find it via BT as you mentioned. (The latter is how I got into "Prison Break".)

This fraktastic casting coup hit a road block last week when Sackhoff abruptly took herself out of the running, prompting me to post this blind item. But late Friday, word surfaced that the BSG badass was once again in the mix.

Here's more scoop on Sackhoff's character...

She's in a relationship with fellow agent Davis Cole (played by the just-cast Freddie Prinze. Jr.), and she apparently has a skeleton in her closet she's trying desperately to keep hidden.

As I previously reported, 24's eighth season -- which premieres Jan. 17, 2010 -- will be set in the Big Apple and center on an assassination plot against a visiting foreign leader (Slumdog Millionaire's Anil Kapoor). In addition to Sackhoff and Prinze, new Day 8 blood includes Forrest Gump's Mykelti Williamson, Kissing Jessica Stein's Jennifer Westfeldt (as a journalist with ties to Kapoor's diplomat), and The Starter Wife's Chris Diamantopoulos (as President Taylor's Chief of Staff).
