Regular sized cards but have a little pumpkin on the card to denote its part of the Halloween special.

Dang. Got a 50 pack of these at Target for the same price.

My kid started to get into Pokemon and thought this was a great way to get him started. But if these are like the Target Halloween ones, there are only 30 different cards in the complete Halloween set, so tons of doubles and triples.

Good for giveaways, but not for one or two kids to start a collection if that makes sense.

Be careful with these. I bought from bestbuy last time. Last ones i bought had 20+ packs missing. The qc on these are horrible. It was sealed and everything

Yes, it's applied to both. Yellow packs are 2022 and green packs are 2023.
