You can easily verify my claim by doing following:
1. Wet your thumb under the water so it start dripping when you take it out.
2. Gently rube your finger against the paper back and forth with the same pressure you would normally apply.
3 Look for small strings of lint residual.
I'd be interested in a price comparison with Charmin in Costco when on sale.

Compare to Costco's 30-roll Charmin Ultra Soft at last August's sale price of $20.69 for 805 sq-ft (each sheet is significantly larger at 4.5"x4.2"), that's $0.025702 per sq-ft.
Overall, this deal is better than Costco's sale, but only if sheet size doesn't matter to you.
