That would work or the 3070 has been selling around $280 for a good one. If you're going to build a budget system like one of the 12700K combos and a 3070 you really don't need anything more than a 750 w power supply and 650 would probably get it done

As for SSDs that's truly a non-issue as they require very little power to begin with and pretty much any PSU is going to be able to cover even, for example, a 200% power excursion. NVMe drives peak around 10W. You're not going to lose any performance running a PCIe 5 SSD on non-ATX 3.0 PSU.
