For the same footprint, I'd hold out for one that you can step into for squats, too. But if you want to get good at bench press and bench press, this is a great value.

Bad design. Because the bench is bolted to the back, you need a spotter to lift the bar with any type of incline presses. If the bench were separate, you could have used the rear rack for many other straight bar exercises.

Great bench for the price. Allows for 250 lbs user lifting 250 lbs of weight, enough for over 99% of people. Even at my strongest, I'd only be exceeding the limit by about 50 lbs, and that was only temporary when I could bench 350 lbs. Strong

Be aware according to reviews it won't be perfect for this price, as there could be some trouble adjusting for inclines. As a flat bench it should be perfect.

Any type of incline? Seems like it depends on how much incline, also depends on how much weight and what type of weights.

At 170 lbs, Anatoly can bench press 340 lbs with this and still be within the weight limit!

Lol yeah but I think they're all mostly staged sadly still impressive weight though regardless. My dad used to bench 405lbs @ 175 40yrs old in the 90s by just training on a crappy bench press in our dingy dark basement oh…never touched a substance in his life expect creatine.
