Picked up a silver cellular 45mm when target had their first sale on these a few weeks ago for about the price of the gps model after they messed up my order.

Wish the silver was available in 41 this time but ordered one in midnight anyway.

Just got silver 45 with M/L for shipping. These hadn't been discounted in previous deals so I'm glad I held off! It was available at many local stores too in case it goes OOS for shipping.

On a daily basis about 18 hours with "normal" use. I have an AW 7. If I wear it all day and all night there is about 30% battery life when I wake up. I charge it up while you shower and dress. If I just wear it all day and take it off before bed then I usually have about 70% battery left.

On a "life span" basis I can't say because I usually trade up every 2-3 years as new features accumulate. Even with the older models that has worse daily battery life I never had a problem getting a full day's use out of them.

That is a tough one. I have an S9 and while the improvements don't seem like much on paper, the brighter screen and faster cpu/gpa are noticeable over the S8.

Don't think you can go wrong either way, but I think the S9 chip will hold up better over time.

Thanks. And I am coming from series 5 cellular. For me, series 5 works good enough , it's just that I purchased it open box at $120 from Amazon about 30 months ago. I was rocking on 41mm (male and on a bit bulkier side) but a relative put a thought in my mind that it's small for your body size. So I am in the market for 45mm this time, lol. And I wouldn't use cellular either

One factor also to consider: S9 has 64GB storage.

You're missing the point. The reason the Ultra is, "chunkier" is because it has a much larger battery. An Ultra can go >72 hours without needing a charge. The Series 8 only lasts less than 24.

How does storage affect? I am using 12gb out of 32gb on my series 5.

It's a serious question and not a troll, I am trying to figure out what all am I missing to make full use of the product. so far my use have been to see notifications of call, text, silent call, and once in a while respond to text which is brutal on this small size so I just avoid doing this. And when in gym, I just start workout monitoring. Thats all what I do with my watch.

Ultra just looks ridiculous even if you have a thick wrist, it's just too much
