Not sure about launch edition. Ultimate includes Spider-Man remasterd game code and some in game contents like costume.

I think more than 50% discounts served before I ever even got around to actually playing the game should be against the law.

A very quick search shows that it was this same price a year ago. I could go back further but my point remains. The newest game should be cheap soon.
