I've had this unit for about a year. The quick connect might be better termed the "hard to connect". The shrader connector is VERY hard to connect and the unit is VERY loud and seems to take forever to inflate anything ... especially a tire.
This thing? $50 and doesn't even come with a battery OR charger. You'd have to go to the $100 bundle to get those!
So that's 200 trips to the gas station to get air before you'd break even. Let's say you go once a month, because you buy cheap tires and run over nails for fun (normal folks need to put air in their tires once or twice a year, at most). At once a month, that's 12 trips a year. You'd break even in roughly 16.66 years.
Even at an excessive once a week, 52x a year, that's 3.8 years before breaking even.

Let's say you spend $1 per air refill, and let's factor in $3 in fuel/time costs -- that's $4 a trip. That's 25 visits to the gas station. Most people go 1-2 times a year for JUST air, so let's say double that and say 4x a year. That's 6.25 years to break even factoring all the other costs.
But let's be real, we're going to the gas station at least once a week for fuel. We'd just take care of any low tire pressure issues while already there.
