also, for those who think this will be great for the car....it has a very very short hose. so maybe just for a quick clean up of a couple areas and that's it. just like the 3 gallon predecessor. you end up always stretching the hose to reach anything, and then it never goes back to original size and remains stretched (a common issue on the last one....which over time would lead to the hose breaking, and it's a proprietary hose). you can buy a wand extension, but with the already weak CFMs, they would take an even more of a hit.
note: this comes with 1 attachment.....crevice. you will need to buy others

Had gone in looking for the 1 gallon, which the store showed as having 11 of in stock. However, turns out they didn't have any, but did have a couple of the 3 gallon. The manager was nice enough to adjust the price down from $99 to $49.97 for me.

3gallong is 50cfm this unit is 45 so about the same, i just got this and it's not very powerful using 6amp hp battery. I guess if you really want some suction you have to go corded.

But yeah... I am bad at replacing filters.
I tap on garage can - maybe vaccum with another vaccum - and keep using the filter.
The lack of a brush attachment is annoying also. This really is a "brushless" tool

I like this because it small, light weight, portable, and convenience. You could use to vacuum the car. When you HVAC clogged condensate drain line on attic, you could use this to empty drain pan. You could use this for many small jobs in your house, up stair, and backyard . I has a 10 gallons vacuum, but I just put it in my wood shop. I never use it in the house. This is the reason why so many people brought this 1 gallon. And for it's size, I think it's very strong suction.
