I have a lot of Ryobi tools that I like, but these drill bits are complete crap. Others have posted similar sentiments ever time these are posted here.

Maybe good for a beginner DIY or for your kid. All the small drill bits eventually snap on me no matter how I use it.

I replaced all my Ryobi ones with black and Decker with gold / titanium. They haven't broken on me since.

Spend a bit more for something that will last you. If not, you'll have an incomplete project on your hand and a scramble to find a suitable drill bit when this inevitably snaps

All my power tools are ryobi. They are just fine. This is not fine and the quality is garbage.

Source: I bought two sets of this on last sd for a dolar less.

Can confirm. The drill bits are garbage. I have a set of Dewalts that work super well. Avoid these unless you only expect to drill soft pine.

Not even then. I just used an 7/16th drill bit on pine and wood filler and the damn thing broke.

Even without breaking, these things just don't cut (or cut it)

I own Ryobi stock so I am happy to say the quality of these drill bits are superior to all and are made in the USA with a life time warranty that expired the day after you bought them.

They also have the 40 piece kit on the same page for $10 as well. I picked that up instead. More useful bits I can use.

will concur with the rest of the comments, stay away, bought this couple of years ago, first time using one of the bits it broke. Returned it and got some dewalt bits and have worked great since.

If you broke a 7/16 bit, the problem is you. 1/16, 3/16 that is normal. Breaking a nearly 1/2 bit takes talent.
