Surprisingly, Amazon shipping tape is great. Bought this to ship a package 130 lbs with FedEx across 4 states and the package arrived without any problems. Much better than the 3M brand.

If you have a harbor freight nearby, they sell 3 plus the cutter for 5.99. Less if you wait for the 30% off coupons

Wow I did not know that 3 inch wide tape existed. I will keep that in mind next time I buy tape. Seems like quite a deal.

Dollar general and 99c stores carry generic tape and same size too. Half the price. Obviously quality not that good (and thinner) but good enough for most people.
