FYI I decided to return my ultra 2 watch. Best Buy charged me 32$ for "free" Apple music they automatically added. Just because they emailed me the code. It was ordered as Best Buy "drop".

I wasn't clear here. I didn't pick up the watch and canceled the order. But I was charged for apple Music

Went in store as I saw the same issue when attempting to cancel my pick up order online. After some back and forth at the counter I got the full refund.

This happened to me when I got charged something like $109 for "Free" Apple TV/Music/Arcade. I called BB customer service and they reversed the charge without any fuss.

Be careful with BB return policy. Not sure if things have changed, but they used to have a shorter return window for cellular capable items, even if not bought with a wireless contract, and they had a restocking fee if such items were opened. I had trouble returning a cellular Apple Watch 6 I had bought open box a few years ago. Had to elevate to the store manager to get it straightened out. I was within the window, but the box wasn't sealed when I got it (well duh, it was sold as open box), and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee because of it being open.

I saw the charge while trying to cancel online. So I canceled the order through chat. Chat person promised me full refund. But it was a lie. I had screenshots and email transcript. I am going for charge back by Best by credit card. It's annoying. It reminds me of days of bestbuysux.org
