I have these. Unfortunately I don't think these are as comfy and secure as their other sandals. Even at $15 I think there are better options out there for slides sandals.
I have had these for over a year after buying them at this exact price. I love how they look. However, I don't wear them as much as my usual Chacos. They rub weird on my foot, just right below my pinky toe. I won't wear them without socks, which isn't what I typically want with slides.
They seem sturdy enough, and I haven't babied them. I'll keep wearing them until they die—the sole is sturdy—but probably wouldn't buy again.

Yeah these suck. Mine ripped after a couple months of light use and weren't that comfortable to begin with. Nothing like the regular Chacos that last forever.
It doesn't stop scorpions, but it helps soften the sting of latent cactus spines.
In case the idea really bothers you, I just want to let you know that I am wearing these slides with socks today. Right now. They're pretty comfy with socks. Ahhh.... socks with my sandals.

These feel cheap and do not stay on your foot very well, unlike every other pair of Chacos I own. Definitely not worth more than $15. Mine went to Goodwill after a few days.
