You can add the offer to your account, then show the QR code on your phone in store if you want to pay in cash. I haven't personally tried it though.

Not sure what's up with their app, but I seem to have to reinstall it once a month. It will stay on the flipping card intro window and never progress.

EDIT: I guess it's not just me.

this is the case with all franchise fast food/quick service food establishments. sure they all get delivered the same exact ingredients and have the same recipes but it all boils down to that specific location's 1) management 2) staffing and 3) quality of staffing. you have some franchise owners who really don't give a single cent because even with barely any effort and energy given into their franchise location, it will more than likely turn a profit as long as it's a national chain. So it really takes an exceptional franchise owner (likely a new franchisee who only operates one or two locations so their bottom line can really swing depending on how much they care) for them to actually hire decent employees as well as promoting the excellent ones into management positions. for me personally, I don't think there would be a single fast food menu item that I would not enjoy as long as they were all prepared to corporate's standards (which is rarely the case).

My experience as well. Maybe it depends on the location, but the last free crispy chicken deal I saw was in September, and was only with a min. $3 purchase. I think they had a BOGO $1 deal in July and August, but it's been a while since a BOGO free deal.

Try applying the promo in the app. It showed the discount for me and also worked in store. 2x Dave's triples for $7.79.
