I remember paying about the same price when it first came out "used like new" came in factory sealed box. Been using it for the past 3 years no issues

Do not be fooled by this is 5GHz router, it does not broadcast 6GHz signals. WiFi 6 is not necessarily 6GHz. For the ASUS brand look for AXE in the name, the AX model is the lower of the two. There are only 2 WIFI 6, 6GHz routers from Asus so far, the RT-AXE7800 and the Rog Rapture GT-AXE11000 (note the E in the name *This one may not exist*). There are 6GHz mesh systems with similar names but I am not super familiar with these. Hope this helps in your decision making.
