Personal experience with Osaki chairs: Bought one (different model from this) five years ago and it recently started misbehaving, i.e. locking up during some of the programs, etc. Had a repair guy out and the short version is that we can't repair it because there is zero parts availability on the thing five years after purchase.

5 years of "massage therapy" for $799 seems like an ok risk, don't you think? I bought a $1000 osaki on sale a few weeks ago. I love it. Of course I would like a few different features now that I understand how the chairs actually work and how they are priced accordingly. Still happy though
