If they tell you that you've broken the Uber terms of use policy, then you definitely are.
I just don't get how exactly we're breaking their terms of use by using a coupon. If the coupon wasn't meant for us, it's their own fault that they didn't block it from being used. It honestly just feels like entrapment.
